Castle of Mey Trust

 

The Queen Elizabeth Castle of Mey Trust launched the Turret Appeal, at the Annual Patrons Party, in the delightful garden of the five star Goring Hotel in Belgravia London.

 

Jeremy Goring and the Goring Hotel Managing Director, David Morgan Hewitt,  treated the guests to cocktails and lavish canapés.

 

£17,500, half the target of £35,000, has already been raised thanks to the generosity of sponsors, supporters and Friends and Patrons.

 

The new turret will provide visitors from Easter 2010 with spectacular views over the gardens and the Pentland Firth towards the Orkneys.
